Accurate and complete information is required to register an account with Winz. Accounts created using false or incorrect details may be closed at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

What you need to register:

• An active mobile number and email address
• Date of Birth (to verify you are at least 18 years old)

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential — sharing them with anyone is strictly prohibited.

Winz members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to applicable conditions. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, though bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 BDT
• KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit
• Wagering must be completed before bonus balance can be withdrawn
• Standard accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day

Winz actively works to prevent money laundering. Suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification, which can extend processing times. Failure to cooperate with such verification will result in the withdrawal being cancelled.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x)
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any bonus not used within that time will be forfeited
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Suspected bonus abuse will be investigated, and the bonus may be voided if necessary
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be an active user on the platform

Winz reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer. Such changes will not affect bonuses already in progress but may apply to future offers.

All bets placed on Winz and the determination of outcomes follow specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Core Betting Rules:

• Winz reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• For live betting disputes, Winz's decision on any bet outcome is final
• Any bets found to be associated with match fixing or other illegal activity will be voided
• There is a maximum bet limit per event — this limit varies depending on the event

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with Winz Support within 72 hours of the result being published — complaints submitted after this window may not be accepted. Winz reviews all disputes fairly and issues a decision within 5–7 business days.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Winz to ensure a fair and safe environment for all members. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure.

Strictly Prohibited Activities:

• Betting via Bots, Scripts, or Automated Software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Bonus Hunting Using Multiple Accounts
• Money Laundering or Processing of Illicit Funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Hacking or cyberattacks on any system or network of the platform
• Registration Using a False Identity or Forged Documents
• Threatening, Harassing, or Attempting to Defraud Other Users

Winz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. That said, accounts are not closed without justifiable cause.

Reasons an Account May Be Closed:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Court Orders or Regulatory Authority Directives
• Self-Requested (Self-Exclusion)

You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a terms violation. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — contact support for full details.

To close your account, please reach out to our support team. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, all gaming activity will be suspended for the specified period.

Winz believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly. Problem gambling is a serious issue, and we take it seriously.

Responsible Betting Tools:

• Deposit Limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap
• Loss Limit — betting is automatically suspended once losses reach a set threshold
• Session Time Limit — stop playing once you reach your set time limit
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion — extended betting break (6 months to 5 years)
